Glory Drolet

Growing up, we moved a lot. At age 5, my family left Houston, Texas for Arizona, and over the years we lived in many different homes. Each move gave me a new chance to be creative, whether it was redecorating a room or reimagining a backyard. I was always painting, drawing, and dreaming, and I loved figuring out how things worked. My curiosity often led me to take things apart just to understand them or come up with little inventions of my own. Even then, I had a vision and a drive to make each space feel new.

When I entered college, I chose to study graphic design because of that creative drive. My grandmother always encouraged me to use my talents not just for myself, but to help others. That advice stuck with me. More than anything, I’m passionate about making life easier for people. I feel most alive when I can use my creativity to solve problems, build strategies, and develop systems that help things run more smoothly. My curiosity pushes me to keep asking questions until I fully understand a challenge, and my intuition helps me find the right solution to move things forward.

About four years ago, I moved from Austin, Texas to Seattle to work as a summer camp counselor. After experiencing the beauty of this state and the kindness of the people, I knew I couldn’t leave. I’ve made Seattle my home, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same. In real estate, my role is to guide the realtor on the best ways to market a home, whether that means creating the right strategy, building systems, or finding fresh, creative approaches that make a listing stand out and help sellers reach their goals.
